The world has gone crazy. Truly!
For the past few years, several issues have caused division in our society.
Global warming, LGTBQ and gender issues, flat earth (they say the earth is flat!), liberalism, conservatism, racism, refugees, abortion, and the list is endless. It’s no longer just liberal versus conservative or Christian versus the world. Minorities are becoming the majority, and growing friction splits a more diverse society. There is talk about white privilege, the 1 per cent versus the 99 per cent and white men against the world. Households have become battlefields. Sex and race, faith and ethnicity … the melting pot seems to be boiling over.
As the world has grown more connected through the Internet and social media, connectivity has divided and fragmented people and countries more than ever before.
Disagreements go back to antiquity, about who the leader should be, who has water and grazing rights, on whose property is the water well, where the property boundary line is, and which god should be worshipped. But this has reached unprecedented levels of division in our society today. Our headlines tell of the deep political divides between liberals and conservatives, between ‘haves’ and ‘have-nots’, and between religions, cultures, races, and ethnicities. And now: THE VACCINE!
Christian believers who study the signs of the times, waiting for the Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, confirm that the worldwide floods, fires, earthquakes, dead fish, dead birds falling from the sky and other strange phenomena have reached unprecedented levels in the world today. Add to that the Covid-19 phenomenon, which still puzzles the Medical and Scientific world. Therefore many believe that we have limited time left and the return of Jesus is eminent.

Instead of preparing ourselves, sorting out our lives, and GETTING TO KNOW JESUS MORE, we run around spreading rumours about conspiracies, regardless if it’s truth or not. That is not the question, and that is not our task.
The Latin phrase “Divide et Impera” is as old as politics and war. This “divide and conquer your enemy so you can reign” approach is attributed to Julius Cesar and is now widely used by Satan to attack the Christians.
Paul wrote to the Galatian church to show them, among other things, that a lot of barriers between people exist because we try to justify ourselves—to declare ourselves righteous and good—through something we do. For the Galatians, it was sabbaths, feast days, meat offered to idols etc. Jews did this through the law. They had a whole system of rules that distinguished them from the world. All religions have ‘to do lists’ like this. We are always trying to justify ourselves, to set ourselves apart from others. Life is like one big episode of “Survivor,” and we’re trying to convince everyone else we’re not the ones that should be voted off the island.
Our lives are eaten up with pride. And so, we’re in constant competition with others because the essence of pride is competitiveness and this fuels division. We have to protect and defend our distinctiveness because they give us value and worth above others.
Our enemy has used Covid to cause tremendous division in the Body of Christ. In the beginning, many Christians did not believe that we have a pandemic. Now many believe that the vaccine will kill you.
Somehow we as Christians think that it is our moral duty to forward anything we receive on WhatsApp to everybody we know. We don’t realise that we will give an account one day for everything we have spread around!

Nor give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which cause disputes rather than godly edification which is in faith.
We should not be led and guided by WhatsApp messages but by the Holy Spirit.
The early days of the Internet have indicated that mainly Christians would forward the chain letters like “promises of health if you forward the email to 10 other people”. Unfortunately, some Christians are just gullible and will believe anything they receive.
When the first barcode scanners arrived in the early 1970s, there were protests at grocery stores as the barcodes appeared on Coke cans and milk boxes. The three longer “guide bars” in the bar code – one at the front, one in the middle, and one at the end – represent 6’s, and many thought this was the mark of the beast. Then came the microchip in the ’80s. A microchip implant is an identifying electronic RFID device containing a unique ID number linked to information in an external database, such as personal identification, law enforcement, medical history, allergies, and contact information. Then came the Covid vaccine in 2021. Each time many Christians thought this was the arrival of the antichrist. These are just signs and preparations of what is to come.
Then there is another danger. Many Christians are so sick and tired of foolish controversies that they ignore the signs of the times. They ignore the call to prepare for the return of Christ and to focus on Jesus. The fact that 500 people die every day due to Covid does not raise concern. Their churches do not preach end-time prophecy because it is not cool. Many live in a sugar-coated positive make-believe bubble. These are “foolish virgins” who ignore the call to get ready. We also need to realise that the Internet does not belong to Bill Gates, Google or any dark conspiracy to keep the truth from us. The truth is that anybody can publish fake news anywhere on the Internet under any name. Google and YouTube (same company), Facebook and others have started to sensor fake news simply because it has reached mind-blowing proportions. Google will not show this fake news in search results, and YouTube will remove it, but many other video channels will keep and display that fake news to the whole world.
It is seldom easy to verify the information you receive via WhatsApp to confirm whether it is true or not. I have recently received an article written by a doctor regarding the dangers of the vaccine. I Googled the doctor’s name and found that he is a veterinarian, hardly a reliable source of information regarding a covid vaccine for humans. This one was easy, but DON’T SEND any message to your contacts if you cannot verify your information as 100% truth.
You cannot stand in front of the Great White Throne one day and say, “I did not know”.
Christians say that they refuse to defile their bodies with a vaccine.

Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?
The context of this scripture is SEXUAL IMMORALITY. We have all received vaccinations and medicine since birth, and it did not defile our bodies.
Mar 7:15
“There is nothing that enters a man from outside which can defile him; but the things which come out of him, those are the things that defile a man.
Note that the vaccine is NOT THE MARK OF THE BEAST. Not yet anyway. The current vaccine only lasts for a limited time. I believe they will eventually create a mega vaccine that will stop any virus in its tracks, and you won’t need a second or later booster jabs. This will be linked to your FICA to ensure everybody gets the vaccine, without which you won’t be able to have a bank account as the Word of God describes. Along with that, you will receive a chip in your hand or forehead with the mark of the beast. This has not happened yet.
The same Christians who refuse the vaccine because they don’t want to defile their bodies will drink Ivermectin, bought illegally on the black market, as Ivermectin for humans is unavailable in South Africa. Who knows what they receive?!
Ivermectin is actually a poison to treat parasite infestations. In humans, this includes head lice, scabies, river blindness, strongyloidiasis, trichuriasis, ascariasis, and lymphatic filariasis. Ivermectin may cause the following side effects:
- dizziness
- loss of appetite
- nausea
- vomiting
- stomach pain or bloating
- diarrhoea
- constipation
- weakness.
Ivermectin is proven to relieve Covid symptoms slightly faster, but it won’t stop or prevent Covid. See this Israeli study.

Please take note that it is only the Phizer/BioNtech vaccine that uses viral genetic material mRNA. It does not alter your DNA; it simply uses DNA messengers (mRNA) to do the work.

I have not heard about a cancer patient refusing treatment because their DNA would be altered.
Paul had a similar situation in the early church. Meat was offered to idols and then sold in the meat market.

Therefore, if food makes my brother stumble, I will never again eat meat, lest I make my brother stumble.Rom 14:21
It is good neither to eat meat nor drink wine nor do anything by which your brother stumbles or is offended or is made weak.
The issue is not about the vaccine. The Word says not to offend! Don’t get into arguments. Don’t do anything that will cause a bother to stumble because they have weak faith.
But people die after receiving the vaccine!
Remember when the Covid lockdown started 18 months ago, and many believed there was no pandemic and that all deaths were attributed to Covid. Now a person may have a fatal road accident a week after receiving the vaccine, and who is to blame?
God is RIGHTEOUS and will not allow anybody to receive the mark of the beast without their knowledge. Therefore, rest assured, we are not there yet! The Word is very clear what the mark of the beast is.
Luk 12:4-5
“And I say to you, My friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. “But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear Him who, after He has killed, has power to cast into hell; yes, I say to you, fear Him!
Therefore, do not fear Satan, the vaccine, Covid or any danger in this world. Let’s fear the MOST HIGH who will keep and protect us from evil! And stay on the narrow path.
